Get Ashpit Allstars

First time

1. Download the installer for your system and run it (Linux: unpack it, then start AshpitAllstars-Setup.x86_64).
2. Click Install. It downloads the game (about 400 MB) and adds it to your Start menu (Linux: your applications menu). No admin rights needed.
3. In the game, pick Create an account in the panel on the right to play online. Practice against bots works without one.

Windows may say "Windows protected your PC" because the installer isn't signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. Only the installer asks: updates never do.

Updates

The game updates itself. New versions download in the background while you play (paused during matches) and apply the next time you start the game, or right away with Restart. Only the parts that changed are downloaded, usually a few MB.

Had the game from before version 0.2.0 (a single AshpitAllstars.exe)? Install it once with the installer above, then delete the old file. Your account and settings are kept. To uninstall: Windows Settings > Apps, or the Uninstall action of the menu entry on Linux.

Controls

These are the Classic (click to move) keys. Prefer WASD? Pick Keyboard on the first start or in Settings > Controls. Every key can be changed there.
